Bianco Baby
-
On the sun-warmed hills of Montalcino, where stone walls glow gold and the air smells faintly of wild herbs, this white blend finds its rhythm. A trio of Trebbiano, Malvasia, and Chardonnay comes together like instruments in a slow Italian afternoon — bright, layered, and full of life.
Fermented and aged in stainless steel, the wine stays honest and vibrant: peach, citrus, and soft hay hum through a light body with a clean, mineral finish. It’s the taste of sunlight on limestone, of simplicity done well.
Made to pour without hesitation — over lunch, before dinner, or as the night stretches on — Martoccia Bianco is a reminder that elegance doesn’t have to whisper; sometimes it laughs, sings, and passes the bread.

Montalcino is one of those places that feels almost unreal, like the universe decided to paint with extra sunlight and extra magic. Rolling hills, golden vineyards, and tiny stone villages all blend into a landscape that seems to glow from within. South of Siena and held safely in the arms of Monte Amiata, the vines catch warm Tuscan days and cool breezes at night, which gives the fruit its perfect mix of juicy energy and calm confidence.
The soils are filled with ancient marine minerals and soft clay, and they give the wines their structure and quiet strength. The sunlight does the rest, lifting everything into a bright, easy feeling that tastes like summer afternoons and long conversations.
Montalcino carries centuries of tradition, but it still feels fresh, young, and full of life. A sip from this region feels like the land is giving you a wink.

The Brunelli family has been part of Montalcino for generations. After a short time in the city years ago, Mauro Brunelli and Anna Savini came back to their family farm and decided to rebuild their life among the vines. With only a few hectares and a lot of heart, they planted the first seeds of what would become Martoccia.
In the 1990s, their son Luca stepped in, and the family released their first wines. Since then, they have expanded to twenty five hectares, with fifteen under vine and six dedicated entirely to Brunello di Montalcino.
Martoccia keeps things real. They farm with intention, harvest at low yields, and stay focused on quality over quantity. Their wines taste like family stories, late night laughter, and the kind of authenticity you can feel.
Perfect energy for ZaZaZa.
Rosato Rodeo
-
Playfully known as the “One Night Stand,” this Rosato spends just a night with its skins — long enough to blush that perfect pink and gather a whisper of Sangiovese’s bold spirit. The rest is all light, laughter, and charm.
Bright with wild strawberry, quince, and citrus zest, it’s the kind of wine that doesn’t ask for permission to open another bottle. Fermented in stainless steel, it stays crisp and pure, the way sunlight feels on stone after a long afternoon.
This is Sangiovese in silk pajamas — elegant, flirtatious, and easy to love. Made for long lunches, spontaneous dinners, and stories that stretch past midnight.

Sausage Fest
-
Where the Alps lean toward the sea, our Skin Contact wine feels like it was born between two breaths. It carries the cool mountain air in one hand and the warm Mediterranean light in the other. This is a meeting of Sivi Pinot, also known as Pinot Grigio, and Rebula, two grapes that move with the same rhythm. One brings texture, spice, and a quiet strength. The other offers bright fruit, wildflowers, and an easy kind of joy.
The wine rests on its skins just long enough to blush a soft orange and gather the slow wisdom of the vineyard. In your glass you will find apricot and ripe pear, dried citrus peel, and the faintest touch of salt drawn from the ancient Opoka marl. There is a gentle grip that holds the flavors together and keeps the music of the wine moving from one sip to the next.
It tastes like sunlight on stone, a walk through an orchard at dusk, and a little adventure waiting at the edge of the glass. A wine that invites you in, then leaves you smiling without quite knowing why.

Made by Jure Štekar in Goriška Brda, Slovenia, a magical place where organic vines climb steep hills and fermentation happens naturally, without filters, fuss, or hurry. It’s the taste of sunlight over stone and the laughter that comes after the second glass.
-
Štekar is pure Brda magic. The family has been farming these hills in western Slovenia for generations, long before Jure Štekar turned the cellar into one of the coolest natural wine spots in the region. What started as a tiny farm and guesthouse is now an eleven hectare playground of vines surrounded by cherry trees and wild forest.
Jure farms organically from the roots up and lets the grapes do the talking. The skins stay on, the fermentations stay natural, and the wines stay honest. No filtration. No fancy tricks. Just bright fruit, soft texture, and that unmistakable Brda glow.
These are the skin contact wines that made everyone fall in love with the region. Fresh, wild, and full of personality.
Perfect for ZaZaZa vibes.
Pomodoro Party

From the red clay hills of Montalcino, where sunlight lingers and evenings stretch into song, comes a Sangiovese that tastes like the heartbeat of Tuscany itself.
Harvested late in September and fermented on its skins for nearly three weeks, this wine finds its depth in patience. Ruby red and radiant, it opens with wild cherry, red plum, and a breath of fresh herbs—earthy, honest, and alive. The texture is supple, the acidity bright, the finish like the memory of laughter after dinner.
Made for slow meals, easy company, and second helpings, Martoccia’s Sangiovese isn’t just a wine; it’s a return to the table — simple, soulful, and entirely without pretense.

The soil here—calcareous clay laced with minerals—keeps the wines grounded, while the light gives them their lift. Every harvest carries a story of balance: rugged roots meeting golden light, tradition meeting wild beauty.
It’s no wonder the wines from these hills feel both ancient and eternal. They carry the heartbeat of a land that has been loved for centuries.
